The Out of School Time (OST) program supports elementary students in North Philadelphia. Our centers provide a safe and nurturing environment for kids to focus on their school work.
Since 2003, we’ve hosted after-school programs and summer camps in the heart of North Philadelphia.
In August 2020, we started running our programs in city-owned places like recreation centers, libraries, and public housing facilities to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The School District of Philadelphia is an essential partner to ensure kids and families can access critical resources.
Our centers are open every day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to help kids with their online school work. We also offer enrichment activities, free meals, and social and emotional support.
Our main Access Center is at the Martin Luther King Recreational Center at 2101 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19121.
We welcome children enrolled in kindergarten to 6th grade who attend public school in North Philadelphia.
